About

Who HelpdeskDen serves, what it publishes and how its posts come about.

What HelpdeskDen is

A free site of short runbooks for office managers and one-person IT staff. Each runbook covers one job in a small office, such as keeping files recoverable, controlling who can sign in or keeping laptops usable. Every step traces back to a listed source.

How posts get made

A local AI model writes each post. A listed source backs every claim, and software enforces that link. One pass by an AI reviewer from a different vendor compares the post with those sources before it appears. Nobody writes, edits or reviews a post by hand.

Who is named

Posts carry the credit HelpdeskDen Editorial Team. That label names the process above, not a group of writers or checkers, and the site shows no author photo or qualification.

What it is not

Posts are general information. They do not replace vendor support or a qualified IT adviser, and no post covers a whole product. Test each step against your own setup before doing anything you cannot undo. Questions arrive through operations@helpdeskden.com.
